CO2 laser tube structure mainly consists of three layers, optical path, water path and gas path. The light path is the space where the CO2 laser emits light, the CO2 laser can only move in this space, leaving this space, the laser tube will have quality problems. The water path is the space where pure water is placed, the main role is to cool down the light path, through the circulation of pure water to take away the temperature of the light path and prevent the glass from breaking. Gas road is the laser tube gas mixture storage space, the CO2 laser gas mixture exists in this space for the laser tube work consumption.

 

These three layers of space is the role of their own, but how to connect the three layers of space to make it a whole, together for the laser tube work to play a role is a worthwhile study. This is not unrelated to the thickness of the glass, the firing method of the glass lamp worker, the hardness of the glass and other indicators.
